The Crime Policy covers Institutional funds which are stolen or misappropriated. This includes burglary, robbery, employee theft and forgery. This coverage also includes investigative expenses and legal costs associated with the incident.
The deductible for theft of cash is $10,000. The program carries limits of $10 million and satisfies most bonding requirements.
Upon notification of a crime loss, the institution should report the matter to the police and the Claims Manager.
Rates are predicated upon the type of operation and the number of employees with access to cash and funds.
